DOB Desk is an NYC-only operating desk for expediters and filing teams. It keeps each matter's sourced agency status, internal handoffs, evidence, objections, permits, and closeout work in one place.
Built for filing operations
DOB Desk is designed around the work an expediter actually has to coordinate: multiple I/S/P filing tracks, required items, objections, parties, inspections, permits, amendments, and closeout. Agency observations retain their source and observation time, while internal assignments and due dates remain clearly separate from DOB status. Missing or old evidence is shown as unknown or stale instead of being turned into a reassuring answer.
A MoLabs LLC product
MoLabs LLC owns and builds DOB Desk. The product is informed by New York City AEC field experience. That background does not make DOB Desk an architect, attorney, expediter, filing representative, or DOB affiliate; it is software that supports the authorized people doing the work.
People remain responsible for official actions
DOB Desk is a preparation and coordination aid. It does not submit, pay, sign, attest, certify, approve, issue a permit, or make professional judgments. The authorized filing representative, owner, contractor, and PE/RA each review and take their own required actions in DOB NOW.
